Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clavio Credential Vault service ("Clavio", "Service") operated by Dolutech.ai OÜ. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clavio is a secure credential vault that lets you store SSH keys, API tokens, database credentials, and other secrets, connect MCP agents with scoped access, and maintain audit logs of sensitive operations.

2. Encryption and data access

All secret values you store in Clavio are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. Each secret is protected with its own data key, wrapped by your vault master key. Plaintext secret values are never stored in the database.

We do not access, read, or use the content of your stored credentials. Secret values are only decrypted when you or your authenticated agents perform an explicit, authorized action within the Service (such as a reveal or scoped MCP tool call).

3. Hosting and GDPR

Clavio infrastructure and storage are located on servers within the European Union, designed to support compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. For details on personal data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Free plan and evaluation

Clavio offers a free plan so you can evaluate the full product before upgrading. The free plan includes limited capacity (one credential and one MCP token) but provides access to the same core security features as paid plans.

We encourage you to use the free plan to test the Service thoroughly before purchasing a Pro subscription.

5. Pro subscription and billing

The Pro plan ("Pro", "Unlimited") removes plan limits and is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. Prices displayed at checkout apply to the billing period selected at the time of purchase.

  • Non-refundable: All Pro subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Because the free plan allows full product evaluation before purchase, we do not offer refunds once a paid subscription is activated.
  • Access period: After payment, you may use Pro features for the full subscription term you paid for.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Downgrade: When your paid period ends after cancellation, your account returns to the free plan limits unless you subscribe again.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, MFA devices, and MCP tokens. You must use the Service lawfully and must not attempt to bypass security controls, exceed authorized access, or store content that violates applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep Clavio available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, plan limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolutech.ai OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for Clavio in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you use only the free plan.
